- Send: transactional and marketing email from one SDK, with templates,
  scheduling, and a timeline per message (queued, sent, delivered, opened).
- Receive: inbound email parsed to JSON (bodies, headers, attachments) and
  posted to your webhook as `message.received`.
- Agent Inboxes: persistent addresses on owlpost.to or your own domain, with
  threads, attachments, search and real-time events. Inbound screening holds
  suspicious messages before the agent reads them.
- Templates: a drag-and-drop editor, React Email support, and an AI panel
  whose edits arrive as diffs you accept or reject.
- Marketing: broadcasts, segments and automations.

## Deliverability

Separate transactional and marketing sending streams; DKIM, SPF and DMARC
records generated for you (added automatically through Cloudflare or Vercel);
a suppression list checked before every send; one-click List-Unsubscribe on
marketing email; bounces and complaints processed as they arrive.
